Family Civil Liberties Union Supports Rymir Satterthwaite Challenge to Family Court & Defense Attorneys of Shawn Corey Carter in NJ

Camden, NJ - Rymir Satterthwaite and other parties along with support from the Families Civil Liberties Union (FCLU) will file a notice of federal younger doctrine alert to family court judges and administrators in Camden County regarding possible violation of 14th amendment and non-compliance to Rule 1:1-2.  Mentioned, also, are defense attorneys of Shawn Corey Carter(Jay-Z) across states lines who had some past and present allegations of misconduct of allege fraud claims they are violating federal statutes. (see similar complaint here)

Under this notice, the petitioners may assert criminal acts violation N.J.S.A. 2C:2-2, 18 USC 1341 and other constitutional rights under the Federal.

The Younger Doctrine Alert was established by a legal case in 1971 (Younger v. Harris) which allows Federal jurisdiction when there is dereliction or misconduct at State or local levels. It is essentially an administrative remedy to a legal conduct matter.

Specifically, mentioned are Rules 2:5-4 and Rule 1:2-2 that are available to all parties under the 14th amendment to have access to court records that are verbatim so they can properly litigate a case. Parties have not been able to obtain the records with some requested almost a year ago.

This underling paternity issue has been a long battle since 2010 in Philadelphia with its own set of allegations involving allege attorney collusion which include their family members who work in the court system which is under investigation by the Governor in PA.  It must be noted that PA Judge for this case did what was in the best interest of Rymir until attorney collusion came.  PA Judge is respected by Rymir. However, both paternity cases in PA & NJ are about allegations of fraud.

On December 12, 2014, evidence of the scale of the abuse suffered by the public was filed which was a public document but is now seal, however, seal record may have lend itself to some known corruption problems.

Report A Caller Launches to Help the Public Identify Origin of Annoying Phone Calls

San Diego, CA – Despite the National Do Not Call Registry, millions of Americans continue to be plagued by bothersome phone calls with blocked and unknown phone numbers. Report A Caller offers a searchable database of phone numbers that have been associated with telemarketers and similar individuals.

New Multiplayer Airplane Game - Dogfight Elite is Launched

New Study Shows 1 in 3 parents would use data-driven productivity hacks on their own kids

A third of parents say they’d use productivity data, including voice analytics and wearable tech on their kids if it could improve their future chances of success.They'd also use demographic and psychometric data to help their children forge better relationships, according to a new study.
 
1,000 UK adults participated in the study, conducted by business intelligence specialists Xoomworks, to see how far parents would go to improve the career prospects, social lives and health of their kids in later life.
 
Improved problem-solving and improved speech were the two most popular goals for study participants.
 
Parents were presented with a selection of established marketing, productivity and performance data techniques, including activity tracking, speech analysis and propensity modelling and asked which they’d use on their kids to improve their chances of future success.

 
The study found that:
 
•    1 in 10 parents would use demographic data, such as information about crime and property prices, to help them select their children’s friends.
 
•    1 in 5 would use activity monitoring data to improve the health and fitness of their children.
 
•    14% would take a data-driven approach to increasing their children’s capacity for empathy and compassion.
 
•    A quarter of parents would use data analytics to help improve their children’s problem-solving abilities.

 
The study also revealed that 22% of parents would use voice analytics - a marketing tool typically used to measure the mood, sentiment and preferences of a customer - to improve how their children spoke.
 
Parents in Birmingham and the West Midlands were the most open to this technique, with 28% saying they’d be happy to use voice analytics on their children if it helped them speak better.

NYC Periodontist Comments on Nano-Shell Technology for Bone Repairs

Dr. Navid Rahmani is a top periodontist in NYC  and was interested to learn about

research into a molecule delivery system that can help bone repair itself.

 

Scientists at the University of Michigan have developed a type of polymer sphere that is able to 

deliver molecules to a bone injury site. 

These highly specialized microRNA molecules can then  activate cells already at the injury site,

prompting them to repair the damage by instructing these cells’ bone building and healing

mechanisms to switch on. The microRNA released by the polymer spheres are time released

so treatment can be effective for a month or even longer. 

This research was published in Nature Communications and it is hoped that this type of 

technology could be useful in helping to grow bone in people with a number of different 

conditions, including those that are dental related such as dental implants. The development of a 

polymer sphere that is able to deliver microRNA directly to the cell is important as this process 

is usually extremely difficult. Repairing bone is often more challenging in people who have 

problems healing, but researchers were able to successfully heal bone wounds in mice with 

osteoporosis.

 

This technology has a long way to go before it can be evaluated for use in humans, but it is an 

interesting development for periodontists such as Dr. Navid Rahmani and who routinely need

to place bone grafts for dental implants or who need to build up bone in areas where it may

have been destroyed by disease. 

 

As dental implants become increasingly popular, the number of bone grafts being routinely 

carried out in preparation for surgery has significantly increased. While the products used for 

bone grafting are getting progressively more sophisticated, this latest development is to be 

welcomed. Currently it is possible for periodontists to replace lost bone using specialized 

materials that help to encourage the body to produce its own bone.
