Princeton, NJ (April, 2014) Stuart Country Day School of the Sacred Heart is pleased to announce that over 80 top universities have accepted students from Stuart Country Day School of the Sacred Heart for the Fall 2014 semester. These universities include Boston University, Bowling Green University, Johns Hopkins University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, College of William and Mary, Perdue University, and many others. Stuart Country Day School of the Sacred Heart is proud of the girls. However acceptance into a major university is not unusual for Stuart grads. Universities regularly seek students from Stuart because of the well rounded curriculum that Stuart offers.
Stuart has always pushed the girls to achieve academically, socially, emotionally, and artistically. Traditionally science is difficult for girls. Stuart engaged a program that not only helps the girls achieve, but excel in science. It is called STEM and stands for science, technology, engineering, and math. It is one of the toughest science curriculums in education today. Engineering begins in elementary and robotics is mandatory in high school. By the time girls at Stuart graduate they have studied courses traditionally taught in college.
Stuart girls are expected to excel in the arts as well as academically. Throughout their years at Stuart, the girls have participated in theater, film, music, drawing, painting, ceramics, and photography. After completing these courses, they enter the Advanced Studio, AP Studio, and Honors Photography.
The education girls receive at Stuart doesn’t remain inside the walls of the school. The girls regularly participate in academic, artistic, and athletic contests with other schools. The girls of Stuart Country Day School of the Sacred Heart are always able to hold their heads high at the end of the contest. They fair well in the contests and continually make the hearts of the faculty swell with pride.
Stuart Country Day School of the Sacred Heart has been providing quality education for girls since 1963. The proof is in the list of universities the graduates will be attending in the fall of 2014.
