September 16, 2014 - Rockford, Michigan -- Just about a year ago, Andy Pandy, the Michigan based diaper brand started with little money to start up the business. However, starting up small did not hinder the company's goal of sharing with others especially to children who are the primary target of their products.
The Hansen couple, owners of Andy Pandy aims to teach their children and encourage their followers to share whatever they have to those in need. Steve and Jessica Hansen, being the loving parents that they are, decided to partner with St. Jude Children's Hospital, making it their regular beneficiary.
St. Jude Children's Research Hospital specializes in treating children with cancer and other catastrophic diseases. The hospital's mission is to "advance cures, and means of prevention, for pediatric catastrophic diseases through research and treatment."
"As we always say, one of our company's goals is to teach our children to share what they have. We decided to partner with an institution that helps children because we, ourselves are parents and we know that every parent wants to give their child a better life," said Jessica Hansen, co-owner of Andy Pandy.
"We chose St. Jude Children's Research Hospital because we are aware of how many children battle with cancer nowadays and how this affects their families." "We may not know exactly how their parents feel but we know for sure that they would do whatever it takes to fight for their children's lives," she added.
Andy Pandy has been donating to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital on a monthly basis since the time they started their business.
This September which also happens to be the Childhood Cancer Awareness Month marks the first year of Andy Pandy and their advocacy of helping children. The company's owners encourage people, especially parents to help children suffering from devastating diseases in any way they can.
The Hansen couple would also like to thank their followers for helping them to send donations to the said hospital by purchasing their products.
