Just Released: "Bottled Water in Ireland"

For the first time since the onset of the recession, bottled water in Ireland experienced positive total volume and value sales growth of 1% each in 2013. This was an improvement on what was previously estimated. There was a slight reprieve for bottled water with a better than usual Irish summer, the first for many years. Warmer weather in July and August meant that, as temperatures soared, so did demand for bottled water, particularly off-trade.
