Mayberry, NC March 28, 2014 - The Old School New Body program is attracting lots of attention as one of the most unique to ever hit the online market. It takes age defiance to a whole new level, dealing with the factors that hasten the aging process, while also helping people to shed fat and get in shape.
“Over the years, both Becky and I have picked up SO many tips, tricks, and strategies that have allowed us to literally reverse the aging process, at least from a cellular level. That means our bodies look, feel, and MOVE younger than our chronological age.” - Steve Holman
Created by Steve and Becky Holman, it focuses on people in their mid-thirties or older who want to get into shape rapidly while shaving years off their overall appearance. The program itself, called the F4X workout, takes into account modern busy schedules and employs exercises that are extremely effective along with an easy to follow diet plan.
The F4X Training System allows people to get lean and muscular in 3 phases. The first phase, Lean, concentrates on weight control nutrition and muscle toning and is the only mandatory phase of the system.
Phase 2, Shape, takes things a step further with more concentrated diet and nutrition to create a more muscular body and appearance.
The third phase, Build, is designed for those that desire a body builder physique.
Because so many people over 35 are serious about minimizing the signs of aging while also enhancing their overall body condition, this method which only requires about 90 minutes a week is an effective health, fitness and anti-aging plan who's goal is to effectively work more muscle groups, burn more fat and end up looking younger using the most efficient techniques possible.
“Did you know that 90% of people over the age of 35 lose enough muscle every year to burn off an additional 4 pounds of body fat? That means you not only lose the only thing on your body that creates shape, tone, and strength—you also gain more fat every year, even if your calories stay the same.”  Steve Holman
The creators of the F4X Training System are a husband and wife team, Steve and Becky Holman. Steve was Editor-in-Chief of Iron Man Magazine for many years and at the age of 50, still sports six pack abs. The couple have worked side-by-side for many years training hundreds of people with the techniques outlined in this system.
