(PRBuzz.com) June 12, 2013 -- New York City-based acoustic-rock outfit Skyfactor returns to the world-famous Bitter End in Greenwich Village on Saturday June 15th to celebrate the release of their brand new album Signal Strength.
Fresh off of appearing at Tanglewood's Summersound Music Festival and then opening up for Soul Asylum at The Oval Concert Series in NYC earlier this month, the Bitter End performance is a homecoming of sorts for Skyfactor. Says lead singer Bob Ziegler, "We love playing the Bitter End because of its amazing history, but also because it really has been our home venue ever since we started doing this back in 2006."
A year in the making, Signal Strength proves yet again that Skyfactor knows how to craft memorable, dynamic songs that grab the listener from the get-go, thanks to personal, insightful lyrics backed by a big acoustic guitar and one very powerful rhythm section.
Their 2010 debut Daydreams received much critical acclaim and notice, including that of MTV, who chose the track "OK" as the theme song for an episode of their hit show Teen Mom, as well as NBC's The Voice, who used another cut from Daydreams in their 2012 finale.

The Bitter End is located at 147 Bleecker St. (between Thompson and LaGuardia Streets) in the heart of Greenwich Village. Showtime is 9pm, with a $10 admission at the door.
